ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

 

Submission Process

  • If you already have an account on one of the CCSD web platforms (Sciencesconf.org, Sciencescall.org, HAL, or Episciences), click on the “My submissions” button in MY SPACE, and fill in the form with title, abstract, type of presentation, authors, etc.
  • If you do not have an account, please, create one here.
  • Consult the deadlines for submission at: Practical Information > Important Dates.

  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the conference website.

  • The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the abstract prior to submission.

  • The presenting author must be listed as the first author and will be responsible for all correspondence with the Conference organizers.

 

Content and Originality

  • Abstracts should present original and unpublished work.

  • Any reuse of previously published material must be clearly indicated and accompanied by permission from the publisher where required.

  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not meet the scientific or ethical standards of the Conference.

 

Language and Quality

  • Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English.

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and scientific clarity suitable for publication.

 

Formatting

  • Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

  • Please avoid including figures or tables unless they are strictly necessary for the understanding of the subject.

 

Review and Publication

  • All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee.

  • Accepted abstracts will be published on the Conference website prior to the Conference.

 

Confirmation 

  • Your contribution will be considered officially accepted only once a confirmation e-mail has been received and the presenting author’s registration has been completed.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation or decision e-mail, please contact the Conference organizers.

     

Conference Proceedings 

  • The papers presented at the Conference will be published online by edp Sciences in the 2026 edition of the i-DUST Conference Series.
