Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.
Consult the deadlines for submission at: Practical Information > Important Dates.
Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the conference website.
The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the abstract prior to submission.
The presenting author must be listed as the first author and will be responsible for all correspondence with the Conference organizers.
Abstracts should present original and unpublished work.
Any reuse of previously published material must be clearly indicated and accompanied by permission from the publisher where required.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not meet the scientific or ethical standards of the Conference.
Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English.
Authors are responsible for ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and scientific clarity suitable for publication.
Formatting
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
Please avoid including figures or tables unless they are strictly necessary for the understanding of the subject.
All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the Scientific Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be published on the Conference website prior to the Conference.
Confirmation
Your contribution will be considered officially accepted only once a confirmation e-mail has been received and the presenting author’s registration has been completed.
If you do not receive a confirmation or decision e-mail, please contact the Conference organizers.
The papers presented at the Conference will be published online by edp Sciences in the 2026 edition of the i-DUST Conference Series.
